Existing Home Inflation Remains “Contained”

Right, the Fed’s actions have definitely not caused any inflation.

ehslmpAsset inflation is only a temporary relief/diversion from consumer price inflation. In this case (unlike with, say, equities), the investment good is also a consumption good – housing – so the pass-through is relatively straightforward. And, I would say, probably inevitable.
